The thought of rainbows makes everyone smile, so we were delighted to work on a Rainbow themed children's party. Rainbows bring such cheer and positivity. This party was going to be all about colour! Pops of bright colour were the order of the day.
Glitter multicoloured curtains were used to create the backdrop, surrounded by a balloon arch packed with colour. This created an immediate wow, and was so simple to create. Best purchase ever was an electric balloon machine, blows balloons up in no time and saves you lots of energy. Treat yourself to one if you don't have one already!!
The food of the day also had to be filled with colour, with the lollipop stand taking centre stage. Jars filled with bright sweets and treats were dotted across the table, including rainbow popcorn from @popcornshed, which we just loved. The birthday cake was topped with rainbow candles and rainbow coloured ice cream cones were the absolute highlight. Couldn't believe it when I found these, what child wouldn't love a rainbow ice-cream cone??
The party plates were from @partypieces. We just loved these bright rainbow shaped plates, functional and just so pretty!! They also offer a rainbow filled confetti cone, which starts the party with a bang!
Every child has to leave a party with a special little bag of treats. These favour bags were so easy to make, using simple kraft bags and decorating with gem stickers to create a rainbow, plus some pretty satin ribbon in a multitude of colours finished off the gift.
And hopefully every child will read and believe the message we added to the party table, to always.....
